Terms of Service
Last updated: July 12, 2026 · Template pending legal review
This is a structured template. It must be reviewed by qualified counsel before public launch.
1. The service
InboxDome provides temporary, receive-only email inboxes. Inboxes cannot send email. Inboxes and their contents are automatically deleted when they expire.
2. No guarantees of delivery or acceptance
We do not guarantee that any message will be delivered, that delivery will be timely, or that any third-party website will accept an InboxDome address. Domains rotate and may stop working at any time.
3. Temporary nature of content
All inbox content is temporary by design. Expired or deleted content cannot be recovered. Do not use InboxDome for messages you need to keep.
4. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for how you use the service and for keeping your private inbox link confidential. Anyone with the link can read the inbox.
5. Prohibited activity
Uses listed in our Acceptable Use Policy are prohibited, including fraud, phishing, harassment, spam operations, bulk automated account creation on third-party services, and evading bans or anti-abuse systems.
6. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or delete inboxes, block access, or quarantine domains at any time to protect the service, other users, or third parties.
7. Intellectual property
The InboxDome name, site, and software are our property. Email content received in an inbox remains the property of its senders/owners; we process it only to provide the service.
8. Third-party links
Emails may contain links to third-party sites. We show warnings but do not control and are not responsible for those sites.
9. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, InboxDome is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, arising from your use of the service.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
12. Age requirement
You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent where you live).
13. Governing law & contact
